当前,中国正在加速向创新型国家转型,创新文化是建设创新国家的基础和内涵。知识传承、知识发展、知识运用是大学的基本属性,这决定了大学必须担负起国家发展进步的使命。那么,如何在构建社会主义创新型国家的视域下理解和认识创新文化,大学又如何培育并引领社会创新文化的发展,是当前一个重要的理论命题和实践命题。
