废旧轮胎橡胶改性水泥基材料的试验研究 被引量:11

摘要 通过添加高性能矿物掺合料和对废旧轮胎橡胶颗粒进行聚合物乳液湿润的方法来改善橡胶颗粒与水泥基体的界面。试验结果表明,混凝土和砂浆的抗压强度和表观密度随橡胶掺量的增加而降低,但添加适量高性能矿物掺合料、对胶粉颗粒进行聚合物乳液润湿处理,一定程度上均能提高橡胶砂浆的密实度和强度,且对于较大胶粉掺量的橡胶砂浆,后者处理效果更显著。 To improve the interface between cement matrix and rubber particles, the high performance mineral admixture by partial substitution of cement was added to rubberized mortar and the rubber particles were pre-wetted with polymer latex.Tests results indicated that, there was an apparent reduction in the compressive strength and apparent density values of cement-based material with the increase in rubber content.However, with the addition of high performance mineral admixture into the matrix and the pre-wetting rubber particles with polymer latex, the mechanical strength and apparent density of rubberized mortar can be improved.It also revealed the latter method was more efficient for that with higher rubber power content.
