摘要 通过介绍发泡水泥的原材料,提出未来的研究趋势,如发泡剂的复配及外加剂的选择。重点介绍了近年来国内外发泡水泥材料的研究成果:发泡聚苯乙烯填充水泥材料的新工艺及其在吸波性能方面取得的新进展;利用纳米材料填充发泡水泥提高制品的综合性能;选择新型的工业废渣—下水道淤泥灰作为填充料,拓宽了工业废渣的应用范围;采用无机发泡技术,减少工艺流程中毒副产品的排放等。 The raw materials of foam cement were introduced and the research trend in the future was put forward,such as the foaming agent preparation and the choice of additive.Then the new research results of foam cement in foreign countries and our mainland were introduced such as the new technic of filling cement with expanded polystyrene.Besides that, expanded polystyrene filling cement material had a good wave absorbing property.Using nano-materials to fill foam cement can improve the comprehensive properties of the products.The new industrial waste sewage sludge ash (SSA) as the filling materials widened the application range of the industrial waste.Adopting inorganic foaming technology can reduce the emission of toxic substance etc.
