A convergent restarted GMRES algorithm

提出了一种收敛的GMRES（m）方法，它克眼了重开始GMRES算法的残量范数停滞现象，并给出了收敛速度的估计．数值试验证明了方法的有效性与可行性．

A convergent restarted GMRES(m) algorithm is presented. The convergence and an alternative scheme, which avoids general stagnation in GMRES (m), are also discussed.Numerical tests justify the two algorithms to be efficient and practical.
