本文主要研究了用锁相信频技术实现脉冲占空比的数字式测量．文中介绍了实施方案，叙述了测量原理，设计了测量电路并在实验测试中得到验证．适用于低频脉冲信号的测量．

In this paper,the digital technique using phase lock double frequency to measure pulse duty factor was studied.The operating technology and measuring principle were introduced,and its measuring circuit was designed and given hereof.This kind of measuring circuit was tested and verified in our expeninent,and applicable to the measurement of low frequency pulse signal.
