淮北煤矿塌陷区水质的微核技术监测 被引量:7

摘要 本文以豇豆(之豇28-2)为试验材料,利用微核监测技术对淮北煤矿塌陷区的水质污染状况进行了一次生物学评价,并对豇豆(之豇28-2)作为微核监测技术的试验材料的可靠性进行了研究.结果表明,淮北煤矿塌陷区水质已经受到中、轻度的污染;豇豆(之豇28-2)对诱变物反应敏感,水环境中污染物浓度与微核千分率呈线性相关,因此用豇豆(之豇28-2)作为微核监测技术的试验材料是可靠的。 This paper evaluated the effect of water pollution on subsided area of Huaibei coalmine by using micronucleus test with cowpea(28-2).and discussed the reliability of using cownea(28-2) as material in micronucleus test.The results show:(1) The water in subsided area of Huaibei coalmine has been comtaminated on light degree or medium degree.(2) cownea(28-2) is sensitive mutagen,and liner relation between the frequency of micronuclear cell in the root tip of compea(282) and concentration of the pollutants in the enviroment is observed.Therefore,using cownea(28-2)as a determinative material is reliable and suitable for the micronucleus test.
