摘要
扩径是用小直径管坯生产大直径无缝管的重要方法。利用MSC.Superform有限元分析软件建立模型,研究了具有偏心的管坯经过扩径后其偏心程度的变化情况。结果表明,经过扩径变形后其原来的偏心不仅不能够得到消除或减轻,反而会更加严重。
Expanding is an important method for producing large diameter seamless tubes with minor diameter tubes. Using the MSC. Superform finite element analysis software, we have established a numerical simulation model of tube expanding and studied the eccentric degree change of the expanded pipe. The results indicate that, after expanding, the original eccentric degree is not only eliminated or reduced, but became more serious instead.
