本文根据实际调查阐述了铝带箔轧机轧制油的消耗途径和消耗量,分析了轧制油的回收利用途径,介绍了油雾全油回收及轧制油再生装置的工艺原理、设备组成及经济效益。
The paper expounds the loss ways and consumptions of aluminum strip and foil rolling oil according to the practical investigation, analyzes the ways for reducing the rolling oil consumption, and introduces the principles, compositions and economic benefit of full oil mist recovery unit and rolling oil regeneration unit.
