摘要
为了推动高压断路器的发展,提高高压断路器智能化水平,研究了一种高压断路器新型电机操动机构.设计了配制动器的稀土永磁无刷直流伺服电机.结合断路器操动机构的特点,从提高电机功率密度、机械特性以及伺服性能等几个方面对电机进行了设计.用有限元方法对磁场分布、电枢反应、转矩以及绕组电感进行了分析计算,以验证电机设计的合理性.对样机的分析结果表明:电机设计合理,能够提供足够的转矩及响应速度;伺服性能良好,能够满足断路器开断性能的要求.
To improve the intelligent level and promote the development of high voltage circuit breaker,a novel motor driven operating mechanism was proposed and a rare earth permanent magnet brushless DC servo motor assembled with brakes was designed.According to features of circuit breaker operating mechanism,motor design methods were introduced from aspects of improving electrical power density,mechanical properties and servo performances. Magnetic field distribution,armature reaction torque and winding inductance were analyzed and calculated by finite element method to verify theory analysis.Prototype analysis results show that the designed motor can provide sufficient torque,fast speed response and better servo performance to meet with performance requirements of circuit breaker.
