摘要
为选择良好的高炉风口用的涂层结构,有效提高高炉风口的使用寿命,采用有限元软件研究了高炉铜风口、均匀涂层及梯度涂层风口的温度分布与应力分布.研究结果表明:水垢会使风口的工作温度高于安全极限,加速风口的破坏;涂层具有明显的隔热效果,均匀涂层对降低风口温度略优于梯度涂层,但均匀涂层与风口基体间及涂层内部具有较大的应力,涂层易剥落;梯度涂层风口接合面处的应力变化较小,能够改善涂层与基体的接合强度,有助于提高风口的使用寿命.
Aimed at increasing effectively the service life of tuyere by selecting the better coating structure for blast furnace tuyere,the temperature distribution and stress distribution of blast furnace copper tuyere as well as those tuyeres with uniform coating and gradient coating were studied using finite element analysis software.The results show that the formation of incrustation scale results in working temperature of tuyere to exceed safety limit,and accelerates destroy of tuyere.The coatings possess obvious thermal insulating effect.The uniform coating is slightly better than gradient coating in decreasing temperature of tuyere,but has a biggish stress inside coating and at joint interface between uniform coating and tuyere matrix,which make coating scale off easily.On the contrary,the stress variety is less at joint interface for gradient coating tuyere,which can improve joint strength between coating and matrix,and is helpful to increasing the service life of tuyere.
