摘要
企业创新是由多种因素互相作用的复杂过程,是一种复杂非线性系统。价值创新是企业站在顾客的角度上进行价值的创造。基于复杂科学的理论,通过分析企业创新的复杂性,将顾客价值作为企业创新的目标与目的,阐述能够解决创新系统中的正统系统与影子系统在目标不一致时发生冲突;系统随机涨落特性使企业落入创新陷阱;自组织能力发挥作用时进行知识学习的盲目性等问题。
Enterprise Innovation is the role of a variety of factors in the complicated process is a complex nonlinear systems. Innovation is the value of enterprise customers from the perspective of the value creation. Based on complex scientific theories, through analysis of the complexity of enterprise innovation, customer value will be as innovative enterprise goals and objectives, set out to solve the innovation system: tile formal system and the shadow system in confliet when the target are not inconsistent; random fluctuation characteristics of the system falling into the trap of co,rotate innovation ; self - organizing capacity to play the role of knowledge learning blindness.
