摘要
目的:调查某市不同级别医院检验科的资源配置现状,为政府制定相关政策提供依据。方法:采用典型调查的方法对某市10所不同级别的医院检验科2005年的情况进行调查,采用专题小组讨论法深入研究。结果:检验科人员中,工作年限低、学历低、职称低的人员多。检验科设备中,血液分析仪、生化分析仪和尿液分析仪配备率最高。结论:检验科应根据不同级别医院的特点进行资源配置。
Objectives: To investigate the status of health resource allocation in laboratories at different level hospitals to provide evidence for government to make appropriate health resource allocation. Methods: To collect the data from ten sampling hospitals through typical survey. Focus group discussion was applied for consultation. Results: There are lower working time, education background, and professional title among clinics. Professionals top three equipments are blood cell analyzer, clinical chemistry analyzer and urine analyzer. Conclusions: Health resource allocation in hospital should be based on the characteristics of different hospital levels.
