某二级医院病人病情危重程度对绩效评价指标的影响分析

The influence analysis of disease severity on performance index in secondary level hospital

目的:了解分析病人病情危重程度对临床科室绩效评价指标的影响。方法:采用回顾性调查研究和分层随机抽样的调查方法,以某二级医院2006年的出院病人为研究对象。结果:对于二级医院而言,院内感染率、人均业务收入、治愈率、出院者平均住院费四项临床绩效评价指标与科室病人病情危重程度密切相关。结论:建议根据病人的危重程度对现有的绩效评价指标进行校正。

Objectives： To explore the influence factors on disease severity of performance evaluation index. Methods： Applying retrospective survey method and stratified random sampling to investigate the outpatient visits in 2006, Results ： The results showed that infection rate, income per capita, cure rate and average expenditure per hospitalization rate had close relationship with the disease severity. Conclusions： These performance index should be rectified by disease severity.
