摘要 分析了加拿大油砂沥青合成原油(SCO)、大港原油以及混合原油(SCO与大港原油的混合比例为3:7)的宽馏分性质。SCO石脑油馏分的芳烃潜含量较低,不是良好的催化重整原料。混合原油石脑油馏分是良好的重整原料。SCO和混合原油汽油馏分是良好的蒸汽裂解制乙烯原料,但辛烷值不高,不宜作为汽油调合组分。SCO的煤油馏分的芳烃含量高、烟点低、闪点低,不适合生产喷气燃料;混合原油煤油馏分的酸度稍高、烟点略低、闪点低,通过精制可以生产1号喷气燃料。SCO柴油馏分凝点低、冷滤点低、硫含量低,用作调合馏分可降低调合柴油的冷滤点,但其十六烷值低。混合原油柴油馏分可生产-10号车用柴油,但硫含量略高,十六烷值略低,需要精制。SCO减压馏分的氢碳原子比和烷基碳含量较低,而芳香碳含量较高,裂化性能低于大港减压馏分的裂化性能,大港原油掺兑30%SCO后减压馏分的裂化性能有所降低。SCO常压渣油和减压渣油的氢碳原子比低,胶质、沥青质和金属的含量较低;而混合原油常压渣油和减压渣油的胶质、沥青质和金属的含量较高。 This paper analyzes the properties of synthetic crude oil (SCO) derived from Canadian oil sands bitumen, Chinese Dagang crude and blended crude ( with the volume ratio of Dagang crude to SCO of 7 : 3 ). SCO naphtha is not a good feed for catalytic reforming due to its low latent content of aromatics. The naphtha of the blended crude is a good feedstock for catalytic reforming. The gasoline fractions of SCO and the blended crude are good feeds of steam ethylene crackers, but are not good gasoline blending components due to their low octane number. SCO' s kerosene fraction is not suitable for the production of jet fuel because of its high aromatics, low smoke point and low flash point. The kerosene fraction of the blended crude can be used to produce No. 1 jet fuel by refining. SCO' s diesel fraction has low freezing point and low sulfur content, but the cetane number is low. The diesel fraction of the blended crude can be used to produce NO. - 10 diesel by appropriate refining but it is a little bit higher in sulfur and a little bit lower in cetane number. The crackability of vacuum gas oil of SCO is lower than that of Dagang crude due to its lower H/C atom ratio and paraffinic carbon content and higher aromatic carbon. The crackability of vacuum gas oil of Dagang crude blended with 30% of SCO is a little bit reduced. The atmospheric residue and the vacuum residue of SCO are low in H/C atom ratio, gum, asphaltenes and metals. Whereas, the atmospheric residue and the vacuum residue of the blended crude are high in resins, asphaltenes and metals.
