真空转鼓过滤机耳轴和空心轴磨损原因分析及对策

摘要 真空转鼓过滤机通常连续运行,常出现耳轴和空心轴磨损。对真空转鼓过滤机进行受力分析,建立了积分力学模型,找出了浮力与支座反力之间的关系,引入浸没度来表示液位与浮力、支座反力之间的关系。提出应合理控制液位以保证真空转鼓过滤机安全可靠运行。 The required continuous running of vacuum drum filter often results in wearing and abrasion of the trunnion and the hollow mandrel, which affects the plant operation. The mechanics are analyzed, and mechanics model is established to find out the relationship between buoyancy and supporting force. The immersion degree is introduced to show the connection of liquid depth with buoyancy and supporting force. Appropriate liquid depth should be controlled to ensure safe and reliable operation of the vacuum drum filter.
