摘要 介绍了一种多元酯类柴油低温流动改进剂的合成和应用。该剂以季戊四醇、柠檬酸、硬酯酸、十八醇为原料,以二甲苯和硝基苯为溶剂,以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,由酯化反应制得。通过核磁和红外表征,表明所合成的产物与设计的分子结构吻合。讨论了加剂量,加剂温度,混合时间对该剂使用效果的影响。结果表明:该剂对山东东明石化集团化工设计有限公司0号柴油冷凝点降低20℃,冷滤点降低可达5℃,对其它柴油也有一定效果。 The synthesis and application of a polyesters diesel fuel low-temperature flow improver are introduced. The improver was synthesized with pentaerythritol, citric acid, stearic acid, octadecanol as raw materials, dimethylbenzene and nitrobenzene as solvent and p-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst. And the structure was further confirmed by ^1H NMR and IR. The impact of dosage, mixing time and mixing temperature on the performances of the improver was discussed. When the improver was applied in the No. 0 diesel fuels of Shandong Dongming Petrochemical Group Co. , the CFPP and SP of the No. 0 diesel fuels were lowered by 5 ℃ and 20 ℃ respectively.
