摘要
本文应用表面活性剂存在下的胶束增溶、增敏、增稳作用,研究了溴化十六烷基三甲基铵(CTMAB)胶束体系中,苯基荧光酮(PF)测定微量锡(Ⅳ)的荧光法及其条件,于06~10mol/L酸度下,试剂与锡(Ⅳ)形成橙红色的胶束络合物,在λex/λem=532nm/585nm处产生强荧光,线性范围0~100μg/25ml,最低检出限12ng/ml,相对标准偏差38%。考察了共存离子的干扰情况,方法灵敏度高,选择性好,用于矿石及电镀液中微量锡的测定。
A fluorescence spectrophotometry for determination of microamout Tin(Ⅳ) has been studied by 2,3,7-tri-hydroxy-9-phenyl-6-fluorone in micelle medium of cation surfactant cetyltrimethylammonium bromide. under 06~10 mol/L acidity, the reagent reacts with Tin(Ⅳ) to form a the orange red complex wich shows an intense fluorescence at λex/λem=532nm/585nm. The linear range is 0 ~100 μg/25ml, The detection limit is 12 ng/ml. The relative standard deviation is 38%. The method has advantage of simplicity. highly sensitivity and good selectivity. The method has been applied to the determination of micro amount Tin(Ⅳ) in ore and plating solution with satisfactory results.
