摘要
以“十二指肠闭襻法”造型,24h后,导致大鼠实验性急性胰腺炎,观察可见炎症动物胰腺组织出血、坏死、并有假囊形成,胰周围组织可见灰白皂化斑;清淀粉酶浓度、血清Ca2+浓度、胰腺3Hleu参入量等生化指标与对照组有明显的差异;电镜观察,胰腺细胞核、线粒体、粗面内质网、细胞间连接等结构病变,细胞溶酶体异常。
The ligation of duodenal loop induces the experimental acutepancreatitis in the rat. 24 hours after ligating duodenal, the activity of serum amylase raises markly, the level of serum free calcium, the pancreatic content of 3Hleu fall down significantly, and the ultrastructure were damaged. The evidences indicate that the disruption of ultrastructure might contribute to the pathogenesis of rat acute pancreatitis.
