乐果对中华大蟾蜍受精及胚胎发育的影响

摘要 目的探讨乐果对中华大蟾蜍受精及胚胎发育的影响。方法以不同浓度的乐果分别作用于中华大蟾蜍的受精和早期胚胎过程,检测受精率和胚胎发育过程。结果1.浓度为0.12mg/ml的乐果明显降低受精率。2.对卵受精和胚胎发育过程持续用药处理,1.2×10-4mg/ml的乐果可明显降低出膜胚胎率和出尾率;浓度为1.2×10-2mg/ml的乐果可完全抑制胚胎出膜。3.在受精后0.5h加入0.12mg/ml的乐果处理对胚胎发育抑制明显。结论乐果对中华大蟾蜍胚胎发育的具有毒性作用。 Objective To investigate the effects of dimethoate on fertilization and embryo development of Bufo bufo gargarizans. Methods The eggs under going fertilization and the developing embryos were exposed to dimethoate at different concentrations and the effects were checked. Results 1. Dimethoate at the concentration of 0.12 mg/ml inhibited fertilization effectively. 2. Continuous treatment of dimethoate at the concentration of 1.2×10^-4 mg/ml from fertilization to embryo formation significantly decreased the hatching of the spawns and inhibited the development of tadpoles, and the hatching was completely inhibited by the drug at the concentration of 1.2×10^-2 mg/ml. 3. Treatment of dimethoate at the concentration of 0.12 mg/ml 0.5 h after fertilization inhibited embryo development significantly. Conclusion Dimethoate has toxic effect on embryo development of Bufo bufo gargarizans.
