躯体运动神经异化支配自主神经实验研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 人工膀胱反射弧是治疗脊髓损伤引起排便、排尿功能障碍的有效方法。临床报道将截瘫平面以下废用的神经与控制排尿的脊神经缝合,建立人工反射弧以控制排尿,治疗痉挛性膀胱的短期效果较好。动物实验研究发现,在自主神经元周围可见到许多轴突联系,证实躯体运动神经可异化支配自主神经。异化神经在神经再生过程中具有竞争性、特异性和种属性。躯体神经与自主神经吻合后形成异化神经,一般发生轴突-轴突突触联系。在躯体神经与核周体之间存在的粘附蛋白如粘连蛋白、集聚蛋白及生长相关蛋白等可阻碍轴突识别,使躯体神经再生数目和支配效能低于自主神经。不同种属的动物神经再生能力也不相同,哺乳动物与两栖动物具有明显差异。该文回顾了躯体运动神经异化支配交感神经和副交感神经的实验研究,从神经电生理学和形态学方面就异化神经性质作一综述。
