两种术式治疗胫骨平台骨折对关节功能恢复的影响

The effect of two surgical treatment of tibial plateau fracture on the recovery of joint function

目的探讨关节镜下与切开复位内固定术治疗胫骨平台骨折对膝关节功能恢复的影响。方法36例胫骨平台骨折患者被分为18对,每对性别和骨折类型相同、年龄差距<5岁、手术时间间隔<1周。各对经随机分配后分别行关节镜下复位内固定术和传统切开复位内固定术治疗。结果术后8个月测量所有患者膝关节活动范围,包括膝关节最大屈、伸角度,结果关节镜组膝关节活动范围明显大于切开复位组。结论关节镜下复位内固定术治疗胫骨平台骨折,有利于膝关节功能的早期恢复。

Objective To investigate the effect of the arthroscopic and open reduction and internal fixation treatment for tibial plateau fracture on the recovery of joint function. Methods Thirty-six cases of tibial plateau fracture patients were divided into 18 pairs, each with the same type of fracture, the same sex, age gap within 5 years, surgery date within one week. One of the internal patients was randomly selected to take a case arthroscopic reduction, and the other one to take open reduction and internal fixation. Results After eight months from surgery, all patients were measured knee scope of activi-ties, namely, the maximal range of flexion and extension of keen joint. Result showed that the knee arthroscopy group has significantly greater scope of activities than the open reduction group does. Conclusion The treatment of tibial plateau fractures with arthroscopic surveillance benefits functional early recovery of knee joint.
