摘要
造型制芯工艺在铸件生产中占有十分重要的地位,它直接影响铸件的质量、生产成本、生产效率及环境,而传统水玻璃砂工艺劳动强度大、生产效率低。采用新型水玻璃自硬砂工艺和碱性酚醛树脂自硬砂工艺可以满足铸钢件生产要求,考虑生产成本选用水玻璃自硬砂工艺,在有特殊要求时采用碱性酚醛树脂自硬砂。
