摘要 简述红外线加热烘干铸件砂芯的原理、烘干炉构造及应用效果。经过多年使用表明红外线铸件砂芯烘干炉可以取代传统的铸铁片电炉丝加热炉,同时节约电能46.6%以上,缩短烘干时间,提高砂芯抗拉强度,降低含水量,全面提高砂芯质量,是节能环保的烘干设备。 The principles of the sand core oven-drying by infrared ray, the structure and application of drying ovens have been summerized. The long-time usage results show that infrared ray drying oven can take the place of the traditional electric furnace with cast iron heating wire, and it can economize in electric power consumption by 46.6%, enhance the tensile strength of the sand core, lower the water content, and impove the quality of sand core totally. In a word, infrared ray drying oven was proved to be an energy-saving and environment-proctecting facility.
