摘要
缩松缺陷是导致气缸盖渗漏的主要原因。根据实际生产试验，从铸件的化学成分、孕育剂种类、液柱压力、型芯发气量等方面分析了渗漏产生的原因。通过采取一系列工艺措施，对消除气缸盖渗漏缺陷取得了满意的效果。
The shrinkage is main problem for leakage defect on cylinder cover. The alloy composition, type of inoculants, penetration and gas produce collected from process are analyzed. Then the process has been improved successfully to reduce the reject rate.
