摘要
利用V法铸造工艺生产大型减速箱壳体,合理利用工装,降低了生产成本,缩短了生产周期,提高了工作效率。同时,铸件表面质量提高明显,工作效益得以充分发挥。
The vacuum casting process is used to produce large scale gearbox housing. The current facility and fixture are fully used. The cost and lead time were reduced. The surface quality of casting is also acceptable.
