电视视频噪声功率与加权压缩分析

An Analysis of the Video Noise Power and the Weighted Compression

本文对电视接收机的视频通道噪声功率互换前后进行了讨论。根据ＣＣＩＲ推荐的加权网络，采用加权压缩后对图象质量的实际受损情况进行修正，使被测结果与主观评价一致。

The present paper discusses the noise powers of the video channel before and after their exchange. Applying the weighted compression, I revise the actual damage of the image quality in acordance with the weighted network recommended by the CCIR, so that the test result accords with the subjective evaluation.
