结合高校图书馆网络信息资源利用的现状,阐述了网络信息资源整合与利用的关系,通过对网络信息资源及技术手段的有效整合,可实现虚拟资源和馆藏资源的有机结合,提高网络信息资源的利用率。

Connecting with the basic situation of utilization and of network information Resources in university libraries, this paper discusses on the relationship between the integration and utilization of network information, and points out that through the effective integration of the network information resources and the technical measures, can realize the organic combination of the virtual resources and the library-collected resources, and improve the utilization ratio of the network information resources.
