摘要
21世纪是一个教育世纪,教育是立国之本,"谁掌握教育,谁就能在国际竞争中取得战略主导"。高度发达的市场经济,对会计人才的要求越来越高,创新型会计人才应具备较高的综合素质和预测决策能力以及理论分析、综合运用能力。就进入21世纪知识经济时代高校会计创新人才的培养模式问题进行探讨。
The 21st century is a century of education, education is the foundation of our country. ＂Who have education, who can compete in the international strategic-led. ＂ A highly developed market economy, accounting personnel become more demanding, creative accounting personnel should have higher overall quality of decision-making and forecasting ability and theoretical analysis, the integrated use of capacity. In this paper, the author discusses the issues of University Accounting training model in innovative Talented person based on a knowledge-based economy of the 21st century.
