初探传统文身与现代文身异同

The Differences and Similarities between Traditional Tattoo and Modern Tattoo

文身是人类历史上最古老、传承时间最长的文化现象。它曾被认为是一种恶习而被禁止,但传统文身和现代文身却同时存在于现代社会,究其原因,笔者认为,无论是传统文身者还是现代文身者都体现了对心理的需求;对意志的表达;在功能和形式上也存在着部分相同之处。但现代文身与传统文身由于所处的社会不同而被赋予了不同的文化内涵和价值,现代文身是对传统艺术和文化的承继,其价值更多地表现在艺术层面。

Tattoo is the culture that oldest and broad long times on the mankind history. It has been considered to be a bad habit and be prohibited, but the traditional tattoo and modem tattoo exist at the same time in modem society, the reason I think is the traditional tattoo and modem tattoo satisfied the needs of human on the psychological and will. There are a part of similarities in the form and function. But traditional tattoo and modem tattoo have different cultural meaning and value for exist in different social. But modem tattoo carry on the traditional arts and culture, its value is most express in art.
