摘要
阐述了信息资源共享的背景与发展,在指出它作为一种理念的可贵的同时,对于这一理念转化为理论从个体与普遍、自由与平等上进行了哲学思考。最后分析了信息资源共享在法律制度与经济制度里所面临的困境。
The background and development of information resources sharing is described, the paper makes philosophical reflection on whether this valuable concept can be transfered into a theory from the viewpoint of individual and universal, freedom and legality. Finally points out that the theory of public sharing is facing the difficulties in two basic social system： the legal system and economic system.
