摘要
以工业堇青石和γ-Al2O3作载体,用浸渍法制取了无铬铁系变换催化剂.实验发现,这类催化剂的变换活性与载体性质、活性组份负载量和焙烧温度有关.经550℃焙烧,堇青石载体负载量在10%~15%(wt),γ-Al2O3载体负载量15%~20%的情况下担载型催化剂具有最佳变换活性.研究结果也表明:堇青石作载体的催化剂,催化活性不仅好于γ-Al2O3样品。
The supported iron watergas shift catalysts without chromium have been prepared by impregnatimg method over cordierite and γAl2O3.It has been shown that the activity of supported catalyst is influenced by the supporter characters.There is the optimal activity in range of 10%~15%(wt)for cordierite samples and 15%~20%(wt)for γAl2O3 samples at 550 ℃ calcination temperature. The results showed that the shift activity of the supported catalyst over cordierite is higher than that of catalyst over γAl2O3 and industrial catalyst B107.
