广西红树林真菌病害调查初报

Brief Report on Fungus Disease Attached to Mangrove in Guangxi

调查广西山口、钦州、北沦河口等沿海分布于潮间带的红树林病害，采集到病害标本１３０号。经鉴定，红树林病害主要是由病原真菌引起的叶部病害，如海漆炭疽病（Ｃｏｌｅｔｏｔｒｉｃｈｕｍｓｐ．）、木榄赤斑病（Ｐｅｓｔａｌｏｔｉｏｐｓｉｓｓｐ．）等。红树林真菌病害的发生与不同地域、树种、潮水、盐度以及潮汐带有关。

The mangrove diseases in intertidal fasciae were investigated along the coast of Shankou、Qinzhou、Beilun Estuary etc.in Guangxi.One hundred and thirty disease samples were collected. It was identified and found that the disease was caused by fungi, and the leaf disease was common.e.g.Colletotrichum sp Pestalotiopsis sp etc.The occuring of mycosis of mangrove is connected with the area, the species of mangrove tree, the tide water, salinity and tidal zone.Furthermore,the mycosis tends to increase from low tidal line to coastline.
