冷战时期,法国对非政策经历了历史的演变。从总体上看,法国以"合作"为中心的对非政策既有继承性,也有新发展。它一方面体现出基于历史传统、国家利益和政治文化的广泛的一致性或继承性,另一方面它又随着时势的变化、利益的转移和领导人的更替而表现出某些异质性或不同的特点。

Since the Fifth Republic of France was founded, the French policy toward Africa has been developing historically. Generally, there were both apparent continuity and evolvement in these ＂cooperation -focused＂ France -Africa policies. On the one hand, it continues for its historical tradition, national interests and political culture. On the other hand, it evolves because of the change of times, interests, or even politicians.
