摘要
把太白米小鳞茎基部01~05mm处切口,接种于MS+NAA1mgL+2.4-D1mgL+ZT01mgL和MS+NAA0.5mgL+ZT0.1mgL培养基上,置黑暗中培养,小鳞茎能脱分化产生大量愈伤组织,诱导率在95%以上。
It can dedifferentiate and form a great deal of callus with rapid growth and the efficency is more than 95% when the bulb of Notholiriom hyscinthinum (Wils)Stapf.cut in its baes,is cultivated in the media of MS+NAA 1mgL+2.4-D 1 mgL+ZT 0.1 mgL and MS+NAA 0.5 mgL +ZT0.1 mgL and cultured in dark.
