丹麦的灵活保障制度:“金三角”模式及其借鉴 被引量:5

摘要 丹麦灵活保障制度——"金三角"模式由较高的工作灵活性、综合的社会保障网以及积极的劳动力市场政策与教育政策三方面组成,取得了良好绩效,为了更好地理解灵活保障制度的实质及其对于劳动力市场改善的传导机制,有必要继续对这些政策结构与实施绩效进行长期的跟踪与检验。
