左侧豆状核梗死导致语言认知功能损害(附1例报告) 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨人脑基底节与语言认知功能的关系。方法报告1例左侧豆状核后部缺血性梗死后出现语言表达困难和词语短时记忆障碍的病例,并进行影像学检查和认知量表测试。结果简易智能状态检查患者表现在语言复述、表达及短程记忆方面障碍;中国康复研究中心汉语标准失语症检查量表检查提示主要表现在语言的表达和书写的障碍;词语短时记忆检查提示中等损害;影像学检查显示左侧豆状核后部缺血性梗死。结论本病例揭示了人脑基底节参与了语言表达和词语短时记忆。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the basal ganglia and cognitive function of language. Methods A case report was madeon a 55 years old man who suffered from disorder of speech and impairment of verbal short - term memory after ischaemic infarction of the left posterior lentiform nucleus. The patient had been examined by using MRI and cognitive tests. Results Mini - Mental State Examination showed that patient had impairments of rehearsal, expression and verbal short - term memory. Chinese Rehabilitation Research Center Standard Aphasia Examination revealed he had difficulties in expressing and writing. Test for immediate recall of verbal stimuli showed moderate impairment in the patient. MRI indicated there was ischaemic infarction in the left posterior lentiform nucleus. Conclusion The results illustrate that human basal ganglia are involved in language expression and verbal short -term memory.
