我国蹦床教练员队伍现状调查与研究

Investigation on the Current Situation of Trampoline Coach Team in China

采用文献资料、问卷调查等方法,对蹦床教练员进行调查,结果表明,目前我国蹦床教练员队伍年龄结构不甚合理;教练员学历有提升,但有与实际水平不符现象;初级职称教练学历较低;队伍构成复杂,但曾经的运动技术水平很高;教练员接受培训的欲望较强,目前的培训形式不能满足教练员的需求。

Through using the method of literature and questionnaire, this paper makes investigation on trampoline coach. The result shows that it is irrational that the aged structure of the trampoline coaches in China present; The academic degree levels of the trampoline coaches are improving, but it is not conform to practical level ; The coaches who have junior the title of a technical post is lower on the academic degree levels ;The form of troops is complex, but the levels of sports technology is very good;The coaches want to be trained very much, but it is unsatisfied to demand of the coaches.
