从21世纪科学技术与社会经济发展对工程专业人才素质要求出发,在分析我国工程教育现状及主要问题的基础上,提出我国工程教育课程与教学改革应以"大工程教育"理念为指导,大力推进课程综合化改革,突出设计教育,创设真实问题情境,注重实践教学。
