摘要
在跨国公司"思考全球化,行动本地化"理念的指导下,人力资源管理本土化战略已成为影响最大的跨国经营人力资源管理战略。论文分析了跨国公司的四种战略类型,认为跨国公司实施本土化的主要成因是母公司与子公司所处环境的差异性、文化差异和文化冲突、海外派遣导致成本的升高及东道国政府的影响。
Under the guide of "Thinking localization has become the most influential globalization and strategy localization", human resource management human resources administration strategy of multinational enterprises. This paper propses the main causes of localization are the environmental, and cultural difference between mother enterprises and subsidiary enterprises, the cultural difference and conflict, the high cost resulting from overseas employee dispatching, and the influence of the host government.
