摘要
从新制度经济学的视角对我国公立高校的管理进行分析,介绍了新制度经济学的主要理论,认为我国公立高校存在产权功能弱化,管理链过长、过多,信息严重不对称,委托——代理缺乏效用等问题。提出了明晰产权,以促进激励;简政放权,减少代理环节;改进激励,建立代理人市场等创新我国高等教育管理制度的举措。
From the perspective of the New Institutional Economics, this article analyzes the management of China's public universities, introduces the main theory of the New Institutional Economics, and states that there exist problems like: the property rights function is weakening, the management chain is too long and too many, the information is asymmetric, the principal-agent relationship is ineffective, etc. The paper proposes to clarify property rights to promote incentives; rectify administration and delegating power to lower levels and reduce agent links, improve incentives and establish an agent market to innovate higher education management system in China.
