将家族企业看作生命有机体，介绍了家族企业的定义及我国家族企业现状，然后分析了我国家族企业治理模式对我国制度环境的适应性，对提升未来我国家族企业治理水平给出了改善制度环境的建议。

Regarding family business as zoetic organisms, the essay introduces the definition of family business and the status quo of Chinese family business, and analyzes the adaptability of its govern-anee model to the institution environment in China. It also offers some suggestions on the improvement of institution environment to promote Chinese family business governance.
