摘要
用复合稳定剂Y2O3和CeO2,制备出了综合性能优异的(Y,Ce)-TZP.性能测试和XRD分析表明:在Y2O3∶CeO2=0.6∶0.4mol附近,复合稳定的效果大于单一稳定剂的作用效果.c-ZrO2的存在对性能不利,这是由于烧结时t-ZrO2晶粒向c-ZrO2相变时,c轴收缩的张应力诱发了裂纹.t-ZrO2的稳定性太强也会降低性能,因为应力诱导可相变的t-ZO2减少.
(Y,Ce)TZP ceramics with better mechanical property were obtained by adding the composite additives of Y_2O_3 and CeO_2. The results of the mechenical test and XRD analysis showed that the stabilized effect of the composite additives near molar ratio Y_2O_3∶CeO_2=0.6∶0.4 is better than that of individual. The existence of the cZrO_2 is harmful to mechanical property of TZP, for the tension stress caused by caxis contraction during the transformation of the tZrO_2 to cZrO_2 introduces the cracks in TZP on heating. Excessive stabilization of tZrO_2 decreases the mechanical properties of the TZP, for the amount of the transformed tZrO_2 reduces.
