摘要
《劳动合同法》的制定和施行,使用人单位受到的约束大量增加。面对这一严酷的现实,如何做到依然更好地实现组织的战略目标,这是所有用人单位应给予回答的一个重要的问题。提出并论证了在选择促进实现共赢目标的基础上,可以实现"既适应法律的约束,又能更好地实现组织的战略目标"的基本观点。
Establishment and implement of "Law on Employment Contracts" made much constraints to employers. Facing this rigorous fact,how to achieve strategic goals of organization better,is a most important question that any employers must answer. A basic point is proposed and testified in this paper:how to realize adapation to the constraints of law as well as achieveing strategic goals better in employers on the basis of getting "win-win".
