Researches on the innovation of education model for business administration specialty to adapt "new mode of Sunan"

人才培养模式的创新,应该使高校培养的学生能够适应甚至能超前满足社会经济发展。针对"新苏南模式"进行了研究,并分析了苏南地区经济发展和产业结构的变化对工商管理专业人才的要求,最后提出了工商管理专业人才培养模式创新的思路。

The innovation of education model for the university should make the undergraduate dapt the development of economiy and society. In this paper,the authors have studied the ＂New mode of Sunan ＂and the challenge of Sunan area＇s development of economic and society and industry structure to business administration specialty has been researched into. On the basis of the analysis,the innovative methods of the education model for business administration specialty have been put forward.
