摘要
针对我国高校对参与技术转移的人才激励不足的问题,基于激励理论中的三种需要理论和公平理论,分析了国外高校技术转移的人才激励方式,得出了对我国高校有益的启示。
To solve the deficiency of talent incentive in technology transition of Chinese universities, based on the three-need theory and equity theory,the paper analyzes the incentive mechanism in technology transition of universities abroad, and obtains beneficial enlightenment for Chinese universities.
