摘要
针对成人高等教育教学过程中存在的重理论轻实践,重知识传授轻能力培养,重课堂理论教学质量轻实践动手能力培养的问题进行了成因分析,并据此提出了强化学生实践动手能力培养的若干对策。
In adult higher education there exist the following problems：emphasizing theory but ignoring practice; emphasizing knowledge imparting but ignoring ability cultivating;emphasizing in-class teaching quality but ignoring practical ability cultivating. We make a thorough analysis of the causes of the above phenomena and put forward some countermeasures to strengthen adult students＂ practical ability.
