摘要 本文研究了空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法(AAS)测定头发中钙元素含量的方法,并对仪器工作条件,测钙时的干扰及消除方法,待测溶液的酸度进行了讨论。当待测溶液酸度不大于1.5%时,用氧化镧作释放剂,测定结果稳定。采用混酸(硝酸-氟化氢-高氯酸)分解和抗坏血酸与La3+联合消干扰剂,有效地消除共存组分的干扰.本方法简便、快捷,具有良好的精密度和准确度,RSD为0.5%,加标平均回收率为97.0%。 Determining of the content of , calcium in hair by atomic absrption spectrometry with air - acetylene flam, experimental condition, intererences and its eliminated method, and the added volume of hydrochloric acid were studied. When the acidity of determined solution was under 1.5% ,in the presence of lanthanum oxide used as releasing agent, the result obtained was stable and reliable. The samples were decomposed by composited acids, and interference of coexist components was effectiviely eliminated using the composited inhibitors of ( ascorbic acid + lanthanum + niobium). This method was simple ,rapid and had good precision and accuracy. The relative standard derivation was 0.5%. The recovery rate was 97.0%.
