农业节水综合效益评价模型研究

Evaluation model of comprehensive benefits of agricultural water saving

为提高农业节水决策的科学性,全面分析和评价农业节水的综合效益,借鉴国内外农业节水综合效益评价理论及方法,结合当前我国农业节水的实际情况,构建了农业节水综合效益评价指标体系;应用模糊数学方法建立了农业节水的综合效益多层次评判数学模型,并进行了实例验证。计算结果表明:建立的评价指标体系和采用的评价方法是合理可行的,具有较好的参考价值。

In order to raise the rationality of decision-making of agricultural water saving and to analyze and evaluate its comprehensive benefits, an evaluation index system for the comprehensive benefits of agricultural water saving was established based on the theories and methods for the evaluation of comprehensive benefits at home and abroad. A multi-hierarchical comprehensive evaluation mathematical model was also established by use of the fuzzy mathematical method. Case studies were given. The calculated results show that the present evaluation index system and method are rational and feasible, and they are helpful to the scientific decision-making of agricultural water saving.
