介孔二氧化硅接枝2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸杂化材料的制备与表征

摘要 采用反相乳液法制备了介孔二氧化硅接枝2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)杂化材料。探讨了最佳反应条件,用红外光谱(FT-IR),元素分析,透射电镜(TEM),热重分析(TG)对杂化材料进行了表征。实验结果表明:在反应温度50℃,油水比2∶3,烷基化介孔S iO2用量8%,乳化剂Span80用量5%,单体质量分数为30%,引发剂浓度为0.008 85 mol/L时,杂化材料上AMPS的接枝率可达到45%。 Grafting polymerization AMPS to mesoporous silica was synthesized by inverse emulsion. The samples were characterized through measurements of FT - IR, element analysis, TEM, TG. The results of measurements showed that the grafting ratio of AMPS could be up to 45 % when experiment was on the following conditions: reaction temperature was 50℃, the ratio of oil to water was 2 to 3, mesoporous silicate was 8% of oil weight, Span80 was 5% of oil weight, the concentration of monomer was 30% and the concentration of initiater was 0.008 85 mol/L.
