个体化弓丝在成人正畸中强化支抗的临床研究

A clinical study of individualized archwire on anchorage reinforcement in adult patients

目的评价个体化弓丝在治疗成人严重牙列拥挤中强化支抗的临床疗效。方法选择9例成人上前牙重度拥挤病例,在治疗初始应用个体化弓丝强化支抗。通过对治疗前后X线头影测量和模型测量,分析其对前后牙支抗的控制效果。结果治疗前后患者前牙支抗无明显变化,支抗磨牙在水平向和垂直向位置无明显变异,近远中向上平均前移1.3mm,后牙关系稳定。结论个体化弓丝在成人牙列严重拥挤矫治中获得良好的支抗调控效果,有较高的临床使用价值。

Objective This clinical study was designed to introduce individualized archwire, and to assess its effects on anchorage reinforcement in adult orthodontic treatment. Methods 9 severe crowding adult patients were treated with individualized archwire at the first stage of crowding relief using Edgewise Appliance. Cephalometric and cast methods were used to analyse the anterior and posterior anchor teeth changes and assess the anchorage control effect. Results Anchorage molars and anteriors, as well as the integrity of dental arches remained nearly unchanged upon fulfillment of crowding relief. Conclusion Application of individualized archwire in adult patients leads to sufficient anchorage consolidation at the stage of crowding relief.
